The Opportunity
We are looking for a Tenant Support Call Agent to be the welcoming voice and first point of contact for tenants across our managed properties. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a vital role in ensuring tenant needs are met promptly, courteously, and efficiently. From handling inquiries and service requests to guiding tenants through processes and connecting them with the right departments, you will be an essential part of our tenant experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is patient, professional, and enjoys problem-solving while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will not only manage inbound calls but also act as a trusted support resource for tenants navigating rental or property-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from tenants regarding maintenance, leasing, billing, and general inquiries.
  • Document and process service requests, ensuring accurate details are forwarded to the appropriate department.
  • Provide clear information to tenants on policies, procedures, and timelines.
  • Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in company systems.
  • Collaborate with property managers, maintenance teams, and administrative staff to resolve issues quickly.
  • Assist in outbound call campaigns when needed, such as appointment reminders or updates.
  • Uphold Grand Realty & Management’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer care.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or tenant support roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to listen actively, show empathy, and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software is an asset.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
