You will prepare, coordinate, and deliver high‑quality tender submissions within the required timelines, ensuring that both existing and new customers receive best‑in‑class tender solutions. How can you help us? Experience with providing administrative support for tenders for both public and private customers. Ability to ensure full compliance with public procurement requirements when working on public‑sector tenders. Confidence in coordinating the tender process and collaborating with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and marketing. Strong skills in background research, document searches, and data collection needed for tender preparation. A reliable approach to meeting tender deadlines and taking ownership of timely delivery. Capability to support the review and final sign‑off of proposals and other tender documents. A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and support improvements to systems and processes. Familiarity with CRM systems, including tracking contracts, managing issues, reporting trends, and responding to stakeholder inquiries. Readiness to handle sample order placements required for tender submissions. Are you a match? 1–2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management. Background or strong interest in administration, legal topics, or customer service. Solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A sense of pride in delivering high‑quality work within agreed timelines. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively. A calm and professional approach when interacting with customers. Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all internal and external levels. Proficiency in English and the local language. Strong organizational skills, resulting in a methodical and structured way of working. Good command of MS Office.
