THIS IS HOW YOU MOVE OUR WORLD

• You coordinate and control the structured processing, calculation and creation of tender offers in close coordination with internal interfaces, e.g. our Trade or Sales department.
• You will contribute to the development of competitive pricing and contract terms and coordinate these with internal stakeholders, customers and agents.
• You ensure that bids are submitted on time and in full, and you are responsible for documenting all tender requirements and contract details.
• You analyze market, customer and performance data and derive potentials, risks and optimization opportunities from it.
• You monitor the tender status, prepare nominations and relevant information and report these to internal stakeholders and management, and store cross-regional agreements in the system.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have completed commercial training – for example as a shipping clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a degree with a focus on logistics. 
• You have an analytical and commercially oriented mindset.
• You impress with your communication and negotiation skills when dealing with different stakeholders.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and performance- and results-focused manner.
• Your German and English skills are very good, both spoken and written.
