• Coordination and support of the entire tendering and bidding process
• Creation and preparation of professional offers in collaboration with the specialist departments.
• Analysis of tender documents as well as market and competition data
• Support in the development of logistics solutions and pricing structures
• Ensuring a complete and timely submission of bids
• Close collaboration with sales, operations and purchasing
• Supporting the airfreight team in day-to-day operations and taking on administrative and coordinating tasks in the airfreight sector.
• Communication with customers, partners and internal contacts

Desired qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in tender management, sales administration or the logistics industry
• Experience in air freight is desirable.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Structured and independent work style as well as organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and economic understanding
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as resilience
