Summary:
Organized and detail-oriented Document Controller with proven experience managing tender documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company and client requirements. Skilled in maintaining version control, tracking submissions, and supporting the tender team in preparing high-quality proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, log, and manage all tender-related documents, ensuring proper filing and version control.
Maintain a centralized and organized tender document database for easy access and retrieval.
Review tender documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Track and update tender submission schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, estimation, procurement) to collect and update tender inputs.
Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and client requirements.
Prepare transmittals and maintain records of all correspondence related to tenders.
Support the preparation of technical and commercial submissions by formatting and compiling required documents.
Familiar with clients portals and manage
Communication skills with clients during tender duration and RFI’s related.
