Responsibilities: 1. Identify and evaluate tender opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals. 2. Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. 3. Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, legal, finance, technical) to gather necessary information and inputs for tender submissions. 4. Develop and manage tender timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. 5. Review and analyze tender documents to understand client needs and competitive landscape. 6. Develop pricing strategies and cost estimates in collaboration with relevant departments. 7. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for tender proposals. 8. Maintain an up-to-date database of past tenders, client feedback, and competitive intelligence. 9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to support tendering activities. 10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on tender status, progress, and outcomes. 11. Experience in the IT industry is a plus. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing and winning tenders. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software. 6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7.
