Find out more on https://jobs.rentokil-initial.com/jobs?keywords=&location=HK⟨=zh-TW Responsibilities: In charge the tender management by defining customers’ requirements, coordinating to internal stakeholders with bidding solutions Ensure the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third party contracts Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance Handle customers' enquiries and requests from different channels Assist in ad hoc duties projects as assigned Higher Diploma/ Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration At least 1-2 year working experience Fresh graduate will be considered Solid experience on tender management/ quotation/ customer care/ business development field is an advantage Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Independent, outgoing, energetic Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese Good team player with a good sense of responsibility Self-motivated with positive working attitude Immediate available is preferred Are you interested? Responsibilities

The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the tender process by defining customer requirements and coordinating internal stakeholders to develop bidding solutions. This role also involves ensuring the completeness and accuracy of contracts, monitoring submission compliance, and handling customer inquiries.
