YOUR FUNCTION

We are looking for a Tender Management / Back Office Officer to support the Business Development team in preparing high-quality, competitive proposals. You will report directly to the Head of Business Development and play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate tender submissions.
Typical activities involve ( but are not limited to) :

  1. Opportunity Identification
  • Proactively monitor public and private procurement opportunities relevant to EGI’s business scope.
  • Develop and maintain analytics on tender outcomes, competitor performance, and market trends.
  1. Tender Preparation
  • Analyse and review tender documents to understand requirements and criteria fully.
  • Seek clarification on tender conditions when needed.
  • Prepare all administrative and technical documentation as per the tender specifications.
  • Identify and tailor CVs and project references in line with the required format.
  • Ensure full compliance with tender guidelines and internal processes.
  • Review and assess legal terms and conditions of tenders.
  • Coordinate with the proposal team to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Conduct final quality checks for completeness, formatting, and compliance before submission.
  1. Process Improvement & Data Management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tender processes and tools.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and develop standardized templates.
  • Coordinate timely updates and retrieval of key company documentation required for tenders.
  • Manage the Market Intelligence tool to support strategic business development.
  • Maintain and update the list of strategic partners and monitor the status of key collaboration agreements (e.g. MoUs).
