Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the entire tender process – from analysis and strategy to submission of proposal and follow-up.
  • Prepare and quality-assure tender documents in close collaboration with subject matter experts in operations, legal, and finance teams.
  • Identify and analyze tender opportunities.
  • Analyze tender documents and understand client requirements, and pinpoint key areas for the winning proposal
  • Work with your marketing colleagues on Activity Based Marketing to increase awareness and improve hit rate
  • Clarifying bid conditions and preparing risk and mitigation analysis
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and tender requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of our tender strategy and tools.
