Your tasks

• Preparation of tender documents as well as technical and economic evaluation of the offers for cost calculation and the construction site
• Participation in the cost calculations of turnkey construction projects.
• Cost calculation and tendering based on the BIM method

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or completed studies in the field of structural engineering
• Experience in cost calculation and construction-related tendering
• Knowledge of the iTWO Baseline/4.0 calculation software and proficiency in using common Microsoft Office applications are desirable.
• Understanding of quantity surveying and evaluation based on the BIM method
