Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a Tender Office Specialist, you will:

  • Coordinate and lead all aspects of the tender process from start to finish, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and requirements.
  • Collaborate with differents departments to gather and analyze required documentation for tender submissions.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents
  • Maintain and update a database of all tender-related information and documents.
  • Provide insightful analysis of market trends and competitor activities to figure out best strategies for tender success.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Efficiently implement strategies to improve tender win rates.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align tender strategies with overall business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • A strong understanding of the tender process and healthcare market dynamics.
