REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within piling, foundation, or geotechnical construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of ground engineering and foundation construction methods.Familiarity with local tender processes and statutory submission requirements.

• Lead or support the preparation of bid submissions, technical proposals, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate closely with the engineering, project, and commercial teams to gather necessary input for each bid.
• Review and interpret tender requirements, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare method statements, work schedules, resource plans, and cost breakdowns.
• Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain quotations and technical information.
• Ensure proposals are compliant, accurate, and aligned with project requirements and deadlines.
• Participate in tender clarifications, presentations, and negotiations when required.
