JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in tendering, cost estimation, or pre-contract quantity surveying.
• Experience in handling large-scale or mega project tenders.
• Experience in Archi works with at least 2 track record projects (Main Contractor experience preferred).
• Familiarity with local construction cost trends and material prices in Singapore.
• Knowledge in BIM-based take-off and digital estimation tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in quantity take-off software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with various standard forms of contract (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.
• To be based in project site office- West region.
• 6 days work week
