Description The RIBS Specialist in RIBS Sales is a key role within our organization. This position is responsible for effectively promoting and selling RIBS to potential customers, playing a significant role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities: 1.Sales Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers interested in purchasing RIBS. 2.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing expert advice. 3.Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of RIBS, including features, specifications, and benefits. 4.Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and informative presentations to highlight the advantages of our RIBS. 5.Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend suitable boat options. 6.Demonstrations: Arrange and conduct boat demonstrations and sea trials. 7.Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers. 8.Negotiations: Negotiate sales terms effectively, including pricing, financing, and delivery. 9.Contract Preparation: Assist customers with sales contracts and necessary paperwork. 10.Customer Support: Provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process. 11.Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and updates. 12.Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor products. 13.Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives. 14.Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through various methods. 15.Customer Follow-Up: Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. 16.Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams on sales strategies. 17.Travel: Attend boat shows and industry events as required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred). Experience in sales, preferably in the marine or boating industry. In-depth knowledge of fiberglass boats. Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-centric approach with excellent communication abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools. Flexibility for weekend work and travel. Ethical sales practices.
