We are looking for a new talent who will be included in the European Back Office Sales Operations Support team and will deal with public and private tenders, managing their work through certified mail and dedicated portals; you will work closely with the tender specialist, application field, legal and sales departments. You will also proactively support sales team with data analysis, compliance tasks, CRM updating and management, quotations. May also be involved in ad hoc projects to support the organization as needed.

We are looking for a colleague that has the following characteristics to join our growing diverse team:

  • Currently completing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Humanistic, Life science or related field
  • Knowledge of English and German is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a preferential requirement.
  • We require an experienced person, with a proactive demeanor, flexibility and accountability.
  • Analytical and organizational skills, expertise in Microsoft Office and Power Bi, experience in collecting, organizing, and disseminating information and data accurately; ability to write reports according to different needs; expertise in using different IT tools.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
  • You will manage the entire activation cycle: tender research through telematic journals and the main portals, evaluates and selects new tenders that align with Agilent’s sales strategy and goals, feasibility study, documentation management according to the regulations to be adopted, preparation of administrative documentation, verification of technical and economic documentation, management of contacts with the sales force for the activation of the tender itself.
  • Work closely with Sales Account Managers and other partners to develop tender response strategies and create comprehensive bid packages; you will supervise timetables and target dates and take care of and draw up the documentation following the award of the tender;
  • Support Sales team with data and CRM management, creating ad hoc analysis through different tools, mainly Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Work with field sales to help enable more accurate forecasting capabilities, may evaluate third-party services and solutions to ensure efficient vendor selection, in compliance with Agilent parameters and local legislation
  • You will be responsible for extraction and elaboration on a regular basis of data related to service parameters and for their communication to different partners, asking, when needed, the support of the different collaborators involved.
  • You will be also involved in different admin and project management tasks according to the level of experience, local or internationals.
  • Work with the team to support development and management of sales platforms and tools, contributing to the analysis and evaluations of business data and strategy.
