Summary of the Role The ideal candidate should have a strong background in government tender processes, particularly in the medical device industry, with hands-on experience in preparing and managing tenders for public hospitals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. Key Functions / Responsibilities Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with government hospital requirements and submission timelines Coordinate with the sales team and product specialists to ensure accurate and complete documentation Monitor and manage tender schedules, including checking and tracking announcements on the Thai Government Procurement (GProcurement) platform and related sources such as the Comptroller General’s Department website Understand and interpret Terms of Reference (TOR) and ensure all tender submissions meet the specified criteria Ensure all submitted documents comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies Maintain detailed tender records and support documentation for auditing purposes Communicate effectively with sales representatives, suppliers, and internal departments Handle multiple tenders simultaneously under time constraints and high-pressure situations Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Procurement or a related field 2-3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or proposals management Note to External Recruitment Agencies: Terumo does not recognize candidate submissions from any recruitment agencies and will not be responsible for payment of any recruitment fees due to the hiring of candidates whose resumes were submitted to Terumo employees or offices without the recruiting team's acknowledgement.
