You will be responsible for collaborating with regional teams, product lines, and customers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technical proposals that align with cost targets, safety standards, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: · Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical coordinator for the HVDC scope, liaising with regional teams and product lines to consolidate technical deliverables. · Project Coordination: Manage the technical schedule, ensuring alignment across HVDC engineering functions and timely submission of tender documents. · Budgeting and Resources: Define the project engineering budget and ensure proper allocation of resources for each work package. · Customer Relations: Ensure compliance with customer requirements, conducting detailed clause-by-clause analyses and coordinating technical responses to customer queries. · Document and Configuration Management: Organize and validate all technical documents, ensuring consistency before final submission. · Pre-engineering Expediting: Monitor the on-time delivery of technical outputs, ensuring designs meet contract requirements and cost optimization strategies. · Risk Management: Consolidate and manage project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans as needed. What you bring: · Experience: 10+ years in engineering roles within EPC environments (T&D, Power Generation, Oil & Gas), with specific expertise in HVDC technology. · Skills: Proven ability to lead complex technical projects, strong relationship-building, and excellent problem-solving abilities. · Leadership: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to inspire teams to meet goals, even in dynamic environments. · Global Mindset: Willingness to travel and work across regions to manage tendering activities worldwide. · Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver technical information concisely and clearly.
