ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.) Deliver Excellence: Safely and efficiently transport fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to applicators and customers, providing exceptional service. Hands-On Equipment Management: Load and unload fertilizers and chemicals, fill anhydrous ammonia tanks, and take pride in the upkeep and repair of vehicles and equipment. Promptly report any issues to management. Customer Service: Respond to customer needs, manage concerns with professionalism, and foster strong relationships by ensuring satisfaction. Prioritize Safety: Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and governmental regulations, promoting safety awareness both on and off the job. Team Collaboration: Work together with team members across locations to achieve company goals and assist with various tasks. Continuous Development: Participate in training and safety meetings to stay current with industry best practices and improve your skills. Efficient Communication: Complete paperwork accurately and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management in both written and verbal formats. Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with agronomy and equipment preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS Commercial Driver’s License (Class A or B) Tanker Endorsement
