We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tendering & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing competitive tenders, cost estimates, and technical submissions for our ongoing and upcoming projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tendering and estimation (preferably in construction or interior fit-out)
• Strong understanding of tendering procedures and contract terms
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, and estimation software is a plus but not necessary
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with fit-out, or turnkey projects
• Knowledge of local market pricing and sourcing
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract. FIDIC is a plus

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotations
• Prepare BOQs, take-offs, and pricing schedules for tenders and proposals
• Evaluate tender documents and provide risk assessments
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure alignment with client requirements
• Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals
• Monitor market trends, material prices, and labor rates to ensure accurate costings
• Participate in post-tender clarifications and negotiations when required
