We are seeking an experienced and driven Tendering Manager to join our team at any of the following locations: Campbelltown, NSW/ Noble Park, VIC/ Welshpool, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of tendering processes and contribute to a growing pipeline of sustainable project work across the electrical sector.

Responsibilities

You will play a role in driving the success of our business development and bidding operations. You will manage the full tendering process from opportunity identification to submission.

  • Leading and managing the end-to-end tendering process
  • Analyse tender documents, client requirements, and project specifications to determine scope, risks, and resource needs.
  • Reviewing project scopes, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Creating accurate cost estimates, considering labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Conducting market research to support pricing, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Evaluating quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Performing risk analysis and using the findings into tender submissions.
  • Preparing competitive bids and estimate reports.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
  • Providing input on project planning, including schedules and resource needs.
  • Ensuring all estimates comply with legislation, safety standards, and industry requirements.
  • Managing estimates for projects up to $10 million in value.
