We are currently seeking a TENDERING & SALES ENGINEER (m/f/d) in the field of Turbo Generator at our location in Weiz in the Turbo Generator department.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for synchronous generator service projects, including overhauls, repairs, upgrades, and LTSAs
  • Define service scope based on customer requirements, equipment condition, and internal capabilities
  • Conduct detailed cost calculations and margin analysis in alignment with company objectives
  • Lead the proposal process from bid/no-bid decision to final submission, ensuring compliance with internal policies and risk guidelines
  • Support customer presentations, negotiations, and clarification meetings
  • Liaise with engineering, field service, procurement, and workshop teams to gather necessary inputs and align technical scope
  • Maintain and update proposal templates, pricing databases, and costing tools
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve proposal competitiveness
  • Collaborate with key account managers and other sales team members to develop strategic customer plans
  • Assist in the preparation and management of long-term service agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in internal and external project handover meetings
  • After onboarding, willingness to travel internationally (up to 20-30%)
