Education Degree     Bachelor Degree in Engineering2.4. Technical knowledge     Good Knowledge in construction cycle, write-up skills for diversified services2.5. Experience     Minimum 04 Years Experience 3.    RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES3.1. Primary Functions•    Prepare technical and commercial proposals.•    Develop tender packages along with sales team, this includes the T&C proposal, Costing sheet, CRM•    Prepare post tender presentations and maintain effective communication with clients.•    Prepare the required documentation related for the internal approval process (scope presentation, risk assessment, costing, etc.,)•    Attend meetings with client. •    Observe B.V. QHSSE policies and procedures (related to BU) at all times•    Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics•    Carry out additional duties as allocated by the N+1. 3.2. AUTHORITIES    As per Bureau Veritas polices 3.3. Technical Expertise     •    Excellent write-up skills in English and Arabic•    High skills in power point and excel •    Ability to generate infographic reports•    Basic understanding of construction activities 3.4. Business Requirements     Communication Skills / Business Acumen / Write-up skills / report writing skills 3.5. QHSSE Responsibilities         Implementing BV safety programs within the team    Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV HSE    Policies, procedures and practices.    Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/HSE Representative    Report immediately to HSE Representative any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.    Report immediately to HSE Representative any HSE incident and cooperate in investigating Reporting all incidents and taking action whenever they see an unsafe act or condition    Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).    Co-operate with others on health and safety, and not interfere with, or misuse, anything provided for your health, safety or welfare.
