Perkins Builders is looking for an experienced Tenders Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Bunbury. This fast-paced and diverse role will see you working with the Estimating team and Administration team to lead the coordination of tenders and assist with other key administrative duties in the business. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, as we actively pursue a range of opportunities throughout the South West and Perth region.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



    • Using Microsoft Word/InDesign templates to set up tender response documentation.

    • Collating information, obtaining graphics and assisting the team with reviewing and updating content.
    • Formatting of documents to a high standard in both Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and design packages.
    • Perform general administration tasks as needed as well as back up Reception tasks as required.
