Job Description Reporting to the Environment & Community Manager, you will be responsible for providing continuous technical advice and operational support relating to environmental management and community relations. About the Role Mining tenement obligation compliance including applications and renewals; reporting; payments and spatial data management. Liaison and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including government, landholders, and the community. Maintain and implement land access agreements, including access agreement requirements for exploration and study teams accessing land under HVO managed exploration licences and assessment leases Maintain awareness of all land and tenement statutory and policy requirements for mining projects Coordination of HVO Ground Disturbance Permit system. Support the implementation of HVO environmental management programs and plans as contained in the EMS Assist with assurance programs (internal and external) including undertaking environmental inspections to verify controls. Hunter Valley Operations (HVO) produces some of the world’s highest quality thermal and semi-soft metallurgical coal for export. Our operation comprising of HVO North and HVO South – are in Lemington near the NSW Upper Hunter town of Singleton. Considering a career with HVO?
