OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional skills in food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. The Chef will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences in a fine dining environment, catering events, and supervising kitchen operations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a culinary role within fine dining establishments or restaurants.
  • Strong background in food service management, including shift management and team leadership.
  • Experience with inventory management, menu planning, and food handling practices.
  • Familiarity with catering operations and banquet experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent cooking skills with a focus on presentation and flavor profiles.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred to effectively lead kitchen staff.

  • Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage of food items.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
  • Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences of guests.
  • Coordinate banquet services and catering events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of meals.
