Responsibilities:

  • Post-Secondary education
  • QuickBooks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills exhibiting professional communication with customers and other departments.
  • Effective problem-solving ability to be able to research from the information given from customers or other departments for difference or missing information.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in an Administration position.
  • Financial Services industry is an asset.
  • Real Estate industry is an asset
  • Everyday clerical duties (scanning, filing, etc. boardroom meeting set up and breakdown, ordering office and hospitality supplies)
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable considered an asset
