We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves managing the daily activities within the nursery, ensuring that each child receives the attention and support they need to thrive.

• Strong background in early childhood education with relevant qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English for engaging with children and parents alike.
• Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
• Ability to drive initiatives that support children’s learning and development.
• A nurturing attitude combined with patience and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  What we need from you?
• Recent childcare experience within a setting
• Full time ability to work shifts between 7-6pm - TERM TIME ONLY
• Commitment to continual development
• MUST have a full & relevant level 3 in childcare
• Experience with children with additional needs

• Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Manage daily routines, including meal times, play activities, and rest periods.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
• Observe and assess children’s development, providing feedback to parents on their progress.
• Lead activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting.
• Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the learning experience.
