Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Air Freight Operations Coordinate import and export air cargo activities at the airport terminal between airlines, terminal warehouse, customs, delivery/pickup trucks. Monitor cargo arrival, breakdown, buildup, and delivery schedules Supervise and ensure cargo is loaded/unloaded to delivery/pickup trucks according to FIATA rules Coordination & Communication Act as the primary point of contact between: Airlines Terminal warehouse Customs Delivery/pickup trucks Trans Globe internal operations Communicate shipment status updates to internal teams Documentation & Compliance Ensure document handling at the airport terminal between airlines, terminal warehouse, customs, delivery/pickup trucks, Trans Globe internal operations and customer's representatives. Support inspections and audits when required. Problem Solving & Escalation Identify operational issues such as: Cargo damage Missing or delayed shipments Documentation errors Escalate critical issues promptly to Trans Globe internal operations and coordinate corrective actions Safety & Quality Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards at the terminal Support continuous improvement of terminal handling processes REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation, or related field (preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in air freight, freight forwarding, or airport cargo operations Understanding of air freight operations and airport terminal processes Knowledge of basic customs procedures Coordination and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment Organizational and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with freight forwarding systems (e.g., Logitude, CargoWise, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft 365 WORK ENVIRONMENT Based primarily at Tashkent airport cargo terminal
