JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Terminal Manager to oversee our Delphi, IN operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our terminal. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Towing field, supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse distribution. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep understanding of transportation management systems. The Terminal Manager will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in Towing.
• Strong background in supply chain management, including materials handling and inventory management.
• Experience with vehicle maintenance record keeping.
• Knowledge of transportation management systems.
• Familiarity with WreckMaster principals.
• Excellent negotiation skills for vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Ability to analyze demand planning data to forecast needs accurately.
• Understanding of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment processes.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment used in the towing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations. This position is critical to the success of our terminal operations, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.   Shift is subject to change but currently looking for someone to start at 7am or 8am and work till the end of 1st shift and ensure 2nd shift is up an running, would catch the tail end of 3rd shift the following day.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
