Description
Tagaddod is looking for a dedicated Terminal Manager to be responsible for the quality and day-to-day operations of the shore tank. The role ensures that only on-spec product is received, stored, managed, and loaded, and that all tank operations are executed safely and with discipline. Responsibilities: Terminal & Tank Operations Oversee all shore tank activities, including product receipt, storage, heating, circulation, drainage, and loading. Ensure smooth coordination of tank operations with vessel loading schedules and terminal logistics. Quality Control & Compliance Own and monitor tank quality status, with full authority to approve or reject incoming material. Ensure strict compliance with product quality specifications and contractual requirements. Enforce correct sampling, testing, and handling procedures in line with SOPs and industry standards. Review, analyze, and validate laboratory results and surveyor reports, escalating deviations when required. Inspection & Coordination Coordinate and supervise inspectors, surveyors, and third-party service providers during receipt and loading operations. Act as the primary point of contact for quality and operational inspections at the terminal. HSE & Asset Integrity Enforce HSE standards, operational SOPs, and best practices across all terminal activities. Ensure tank integrity, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards are consistently maintained. Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions. Reporting & Communication Provide daily operational, quality, and safety updates to relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate operational and quality records to support audits and inspections. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory) 5–7 years experience in terminals or bulk liquid operations Experience with UCO, vegetable oils, or liquid chemicals Hands-on exposure to heating systems and vessel loading Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
