Description TERMINAL MANAGER Tri-National, Inc., a truck load carrier in a JIT environment and headquartered in St. Charles, MO, has a job opportunity in the Operations Department at our Terminal in San Antonio, TX as Terminal Manager. TNI is looking for individuals who have experience in operations management, dedicated services, dispatch, logistics, and load coordinating. TNI has dedicated itself to providing seamless service for the trading partners in Mexico, US, and Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES: § Maintain the day-to-day operations of the Terminal § Guide and assist drivers through daily needs and obstacles. § Assist Drives to ensure on time pick-ups and deliveries to meet our Customer’s needs § Ensure Driver safety, including DOT compliance, safe working conditions, and maintaining TNi Standards & Policies. § Document Driver performance, issues and address needs accordingly. § Perform Driver new hire orientation, including driver road test. § Provide support for the Maintenance Department and repairs for Drivers. § Assist with recruiting and retaining Drivers. § Assist with other requests made of the Operations Department. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: § Looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize § Must possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills § Possess proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and AS400 § Possesses fluency in English and Spanish § Prior knowledge of the Trucking/Logistics industry
Responsibilities
The Terminal Manager will maintain the day-to-day operations of the Terminal and guide drivers through their daily needs and obstacles. They will ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
