What you'll be doing: · Loading and unloading of trucks, rail cars and barges along the Mississippi River · Performing general dock maintenance and cleanup · Assisting with line handling and barge positioning · Following Zero Harm safety processes and procedures for a safe work environment This is hands-on, outdoor work that plays a critical role in America’s supply chain. With strong performance and training, you can advance into roles such as: · Locomotive Operator · Trainer · Supervisor · Operations Management Schedule: 12 hour shifts: 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am This role operates as a Swing Shift. 30 days will be worked a 6am – 6pm schedule and 30 days will be worked a 6pm – 6am schedule.
