About the Role: The Terrain Park Groomer plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of terrain parks within our recreational facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that all features, such as jumps, rails, and halfpipes, are safe, well-constructed, and enjoyable for users of all skill levels. The groomer will work closely with the operations team to assess conditions and make necessary adjustments to the terrain to optimize the user experience. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with park designers to implement new features and improvements based on user feedback and industry trends. Ultimately, the Terrain Park Groomer contributes to creating a fun and safe environment that attracts visitors and promotes a positive reputation for our facility. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Experience operating heavy machinery or grooming equipment. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in terrain park maintenance or a related field. * Knowledge of snowboarding and skiing techniques. * Certification in safety and first aid training. Responsibilities: * Operate grooming equipment to maintain and shape terrain park features. * Inspect and assess the condition of existing park features and make necessary repairs or adjustments. * Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute grooming schedules based on weather and usage patterns. * Implement new park features in accordance with safety standards and user feedback. * Monitor user activity and gather feedback to continuously improve the terrain park experience.
