What You’ll Do As a Terrestrial Biologist, you’ll be part of a collaborative team conducting fieldwork, analyzing data, and supporting environmental assessments. You’ll: Assist with field surveys and ecological studies focused on wildlife, vegetation, wetlands, and habitat. Help manage and analyze ecological data to support project goals. Support project logistics, including planning field trips and coordinating with site contacts. Contribute to report writing and assist with proposals. Travel for fieldwork (some trips may be 10–12 days in duration). Prioritize safety and professionalism in all tasks. What You Bring We’re looking for someone who’s excited to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful work. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, ecology, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience (internships, co-ops, or volunteer fieldwork count). Interest in terrestrial and wetland ecosystems in BC, Alberta, and northern Canada. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to work in remote or industrial environments.
