What You Will Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of restaurants in your territory (Berlin) and drive business performance
  • Communicate daily with Uber Eats partners, understand them, and advise them on how to grow their business and improve their operations
  • Build strong relationships with top partners, identifying opportunities to boost their delivery business and maximize their success
  • Reduce churn and secure more exclusive partnerships
  • Gain deep insights into the restaurant industry to develop our service further
  • Share your on-the-ground knowledge of the city with the wider team
  • Act as an ambassador for our mission, brand, and product to restaurant partners

About You:

  • You’re a German native speaker and can speak English (B1+)
  • You have experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnerships
  • You can look at data in complex spreadsheets and make it tell a story
  • You’re good at thinking outside the box to solve problems
  • You have good stakeholder management skills
  • You’re organized and structured and have great presentation skills
  • You’re based in Berlin or willing to relocate there
  • If you worked in the Food Delivery or Food & Beverage industry, that’s a plus
  • You’re the kind of person who calls their Grandma on her birthday
