The face of Terra Cat to many of our customers, you will manage your time and your territory to ensure optimum coverage and growth opportunities are achieved. This role can be based at our operations base in Invercargill, Dunedin or Cromwell. Key responsibilities: Ensure territory coverage and regular call cycles are established. Develop relationships built on integrity and empathy, truly understanding our customer’s needs. Identify opportunities to provide innovative solutions, making our clients' lives easier and more productive. Prospect, develop and follow up on all leads. Maintain all customer information and data within our CRM. Prepare and present sales documents and customer agreements promptly and accurately. Achieve set targets for revenue growth and profitability. What we are looking for: Significant capital equipment sales experience, preferably in the heavy equipment or a related industry. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Demonstrated time management and organisational ability. Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
