In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and supporting accounts across hospitality industries. What You’ll Do: As a Territory Account Manager (Lodging), you will be the key contact for our hotel and hospitality customers in the Bangkok area. You’ll ensure Diversey’s hygiene solutions are implemented effectively, deliver excellent customer service, and help our clients achieve world-class hygiene standards. Responsibilities: Manage assigned hotel and hospitality accounts to maintain program quality and service excellence. Provide on-site training to hotel teams on product application, equipment use, and hygiene standards. Monitor product consumption and identify service needs or opportunities for improvement. Support the execution of cleaning, housekeeping, and food safety programs in line with Diversey’s standards. Collaborate with the Technical Customer Service (TCS) team to address operational issues quickly and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management, housekeeping leaders, and kitchen operations teams. Conduct site visits, hygiene audits, and prepare basic service performance reports. Identify new business opportunities and share customer insights with the sales and sector teams. Participate in customer reviews, internal meetings, and continuous improvement planning. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales or customer service, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or hygiene solutions sector. Service-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic technical knowledge of hygiene and cleaning products; understanding of food safety is an advantage. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in the field. Good presentation skills and comfort with in-store training. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic English proficiency (written and spoken). Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
