Description

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in business or life sciences preferred
  • 2-3+ years demonstrated sales experience in specialty with successful track record of exceeding expectations
  • Exhibit high degree of interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
  • Can work independently with strong attention to detail
  • HIV Experience Preferred, not required
  • Driven/Motivated for growth in role/position

Desired Requirements:

  • Product launch experience
  • 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience in one or more of the following: HIV, diabetes, cardiovascular and/or specialty (i.e. immunology, oncology)
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130K-140K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
