Your community blood bank, BLOOD ASSURANCE, has a job opening for a Territory Account Representative to develop and service group accounts in middle Tennessee.  Territory Account Representative responsibilities:  * Calling on current and potential accounts who will help plan and support blood drives. * Booking blood drives to meet monthly collection goals. * Develop positive relationships in the community to support and set up blood drives. * Travel 3-4 days per week within territory with minimal overnight travel. Qualified Territory Account Representative candidates will have: * Outside sales experience with a bachelor’s degree or prior related work experience,  * Customer service, retail, or event planning experience preferred, * A high degree of creativity and positive energy. * Advanced problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence,    * Polished, professional and compassionate communication skills with ability to educate, influence, negotiate and secure business agreements,  * Self confidence in making group presentations to the public, business and community leaders,  * Flexibility and adaptability to be effective in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where conditions and circumstances can rapidly change, * Data management and computer skills with advanced organizational skills to manage multiple tasks quickly and simultaneously,  * The ability to work independently as a self-starter.
