Support regional event strategies and improve execution in collaboration with marketing. Improve invitation and communication processes in collaboration with marketing. Develop a proficiency in the company's business to inform decisions. Provide guidance to team members using established company policies. Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors. Minimum 7 years of sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals Proven ability to educate and influence HCPs Familiarity with the Japanese healthcare system Native-level Japanese proficiency; English is a plus
