The Job: As a Territory Development Manager in our WA Sales Team, you will be enthusiastic and driven, with a mindset for success. Your core duties will include: Developing and driving distributor/store sales performance. Developing customer relationships and growing market share Promoting products through demonstrations and instructing both retail customers and end users in their use. Identifying in-store incremental merchandising growth opportunities (off-location). Developing stakeholder relationships and collaborating across departments. Conducting distributor and end user training/demos at SBD Field Days, in-store, on end user sites, and at major trade events. Planning weekly and completing daily tasks in Salesforce, ensuring the calendar is up to date and accurate. Maintaining a range of clean and workable power tools, accessories, and materials for demonstrations and training. Experience engaging with end users and brand advocacy. Confidence and communication skills to present product initiatives to end users. Ideally, some experience in product training for internal or external parties. The ability and interest to learn the specifications of the hardware industry. Strong planning skills and the ability to work in an autonomous environment. Most of all, a passion to work with customers and end users in the power tool/hand tool industry.
