JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hydropool Inc. is a global leader in the manufacturing of premium hot tubs and swim spas. Based in Mississauga, Ontario, our products are distributed through a network of over 450+ retailers across more than 40 countries. As one of North America’s largest manufacturers in our category, we are currently seeking two Territory Development Managers (TDMs) — Quebec and Maritime region. These roles will focus on driving sales growth, expanding our retailer network, and strengthening customer relationships within their respective territories.

Position Overview:

  • Seeking candidates with strong organizational and sales skills
  • Must be an effective communicator with a solid understanding of customer relationship management
  • Responsible for supporting and training existing retailers to grow regional market share using the Hydropool Magic Formula
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to expand the retailer network
  • Ensure retailer satisfaction through sales training, lead generation, and product knowledge support
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bilingual in English and French (required)
  • Previous experience as a Territory Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Industry knowledge considered an asset
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and increasing revenue
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM software
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - English and French
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
  • Meet with our retailers to address concerns and provide solutions
  • Present our product and services to prospective retailers
  • Conduct training utilizing our Hydropool Magic Formula
  • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
  • Assess sales performance according to KPIs
  • Monitor competition within assigned region
  • Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director
