TERRITORY EXECUTIVE | WARWICK | PERMANENT

Salary : £23,920 - £29,000(Depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 Hours
Location: Hybrid 4 days a week in Warwick / 1 days WFH

WHAT WILL I BE DOING

Your role will be to support the strategic growth of our network within your designated SME portfolio and locations. You will identify, target and telephone canvass potential new business, provide service solutions that are aligned to CitySprint revenue/ margin KPI’s and operational SLA’s. Operating in a dynamic and quickly evolving industry we are looking for someone with proven experience in the field of outbound proactive and inbound reactive customer engagement, who actively builds client relationships and who puts the customer at the forefront of their daily working activities. The right candidate will enjoy talking to people on the telephone and/or via Microsoft Teams and will possess team player attributes.

Responsibilities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITHIN TERRITORY EXECUTIVE ROLE:

  • Experienced Territory Executive with a proven track record in inside sales.
  • Skilled at driving new business and managing a portfolio of SME accounts.
  • Strong ability to support and motivate your team to exceed targets.
  • Confident in building lasting customer relationships and delivering results.

THE KEY SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Proven success at converting leads to successfully retained accounts.
  • Experience Account Managing a large portfolio.
  • Proven experience in building successful relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Previous experience and working knowledge of CRM’s (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence to interact with all levels of personnel, both internal and external to the organisation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude and working well under pressure with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Clear ability to work with a diverse range of customers.
  • Self-motivation and ambition to succeed.
