As part of our strategic expansion into the South Metro, we are investing in a dedicated hunter-style sales role focused on residential new construction and targeted commercial HVAC growth. The Opportunity This role is designed for a true hunter—someone who excels at opening doors, building relationships with builders and general contractors, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will be supported by internal estimators and operations teams so you can focus on growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Develop new builder, developer, and GC relationships in the South Metro - Drive residential new construction HVAC and plumbing opportunities - Pursue small to mid-sized commercial HVAC projects - Own the front-end sales cycle from prospecting to handoff - Maintain pipeline discipline using CRM tools - Collaborate with estimating and operations teams Success Metrics - $2.0M residential new construction revenue (HVAC + Plumbing) - $1.5M commercial HVAC revenue - Consistent pipeline growth aligned with a 20–25% close rate - Establishment of repeat builder and GC relationships Ideal Candidate Profile - 5+ years of construction-related sales experience preferred - Proven success in a hunter or territory growth role - Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills - Comfortable working in a developing market - High accountability and self-motivation Compensation & Benefits - Base salary plus commission - Company-provided vehicle - Benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off - Long-term growth opportunity as the territory scales
Responsibilities
