Description

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of three-plus years of experience as a Territory Manager in the oil and gas sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Willingness to travel as required.

SALES SKILLS:

Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with pump products in the oil and gas industry.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing markets and consumer trends.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

At least three to five years of related experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
Must be able to travel.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and standing as necessary. Extensive driving is required for business-necessary travel

  • Sales Reporting: Report on sales activity and manage workload efficiently.
    Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.
