Job Purpose and Impact The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory for cattle feed products. This role involves both face-to-face and remote selling to new and existing customers, either directly or through various sales channels. The candidate will assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions to maximize sales growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and contact potential new customers within the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships. Execute direct sales of cattle feed products to farmers, retailers, and other relevant customers. Coordinate and collaborate with sales channels to ensure product availability and visibility. Address and resolve clerical, administrative, technical, or customer service issues with minimal supervision. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to sales and product distribution. Requirements Qualifications Minimum Education: Graduate (any discipline) Experience: 5-6 years of proven experience in sales of cattle feed or related agricultural products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
