POSITION SUMMARY

The Territory Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales goals set by the Chief Revenue Officer, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction for Higher Cultures. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and executing sales strategies and initiatives to expand our market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Cannabis industry experience required.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships and close complex deals.
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel extensively within the state.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems.
  • Must have and maintain a reliable phone, laptop or tablet for daily use.
  • Must remain compliant with all legal and company regulations and successfully pass all required background checks.
  • Valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies, planning, and processes to increase product sales and market penetration.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and customer service objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing on sales programs, promotions, and campaigns to drive product awareness.
  • Address customer concerns, track feedback, and recommend improvements for products and services.
  • Maintain regular customer contact, identify business needs, and actively solicit new opportunities.
  • Provide accurate reports including monthly sales pipelines and weekly prospect/customer activity.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives as directed by the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Ensure professionalism and compliance in all interactions with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Communicate orders effectively and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfillment.
  • Adhere to company cash handling and payment procedures; report and resolve irregularities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the company CRM.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to cannabis sales.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on market conditions and emerging opportunities.
  • Stay current with industry trends, customer preferences, and regulatory updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Revenue Officer.
