Duties and Responsibilities:
· Safety and Supervision of crews and equipment on site
· Proper understanding of project requirements (Scope, Specifications)
· Coordinate, communicate and schedule present and upcoming work
· Ensure quality of work is on schedule
· All issues, items related to site management
· Prepare and keep proper documentation
· Teambuilding
Requirements:
· Knowledge of the construction industry and ability to read and interpret foundation plans
· Previous experience in a supervisory role is a must
· Superior communication skills and ability to use good judgment
· Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
· Anticipate needs and proactively act accordingly
· Team-oriented individual who shows initiative and demonstrates flexibility
· Valid driver’s licence and clean abstract
