About the role: This position offers a blended working model, with 3 days in-field across Adelaide Metro and 2 days working from home focused on tele-servicing. As a Territory Manager representing Danone in the Independent Grocery channel, you will build and nurture strong relationships with store teams and multi‑site operators (MSOs). Your goal will be to drive distribution, maximise sales opportunities, and strengthen category performance for Danone’s iconic portfolio through opportunity‑based selling. In addition to your in‑field responsibilities, you will also manage a virtual universe, providing tele-servicing support to regions across broader Australia. This includes maintaining regular contact with stores, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards. Key Responsibilities • Grow distribution through effective sell‑in of core range and NPD • Negotiate increased shelf space to drive market share • Maximise promotional execution to lift sales performance • Manage your territory and build strong, productive store relationships • Develop influential partnerships with store teams and MSOs • Execute layouts, planograms, and merchandising standards with excellence • Manage a virtual universe through proactive tele-servicing • Identify and convert growth opportunities using opportunity‑based selling • Report key insights and field activity to support continuous improvement The Candidate At Creative Activation we pride ourselves on a fantastic team culture.
