TERRITORY MANAGER, HOSPITAL - VIC

Reporting into the Area Sales Manager, Advanced Wound Management, the main purpose of this role is to drive the growth and acceleration of Advanced Wound Management products in the hospital channel. This territory will cover Hospital accounts in VIC region.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve budgeted sales, market share and focus products within assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products, reviewed quarterly.
  • Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive the correct actions to maximize the return on the investment.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Marketing and Hospital Channel Strategy as it relates to the designated product group to be able to assertively encompass the correct territory sales tactics.
  • Utilise Challenger Methodology to maximize the customer’s sales experience. • Collaborate with other S&N staff where overlap of territory responsibilities exists.
  • Adhere to all company policies. Ensure all reports are completed thoroughly and accurately and provided to management by due dates.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach to all work processes, by utilizing sales automation to improve workflow, time management, communication and increase client contact time.
